MATAPEL UNITEX®

MATAPEL UNITEX® pigments pastes are finely dispersed, well flowing aqueous pigment pastes, especially prepared for application in water-based textile printing systems, such as printing on cotton, rayon, polyamide, polyester, acetate, blended fabrics, and others. The range is based on high quality organic and inorganic pigments, which are from good to excellent in light fastness and washing resistance in regards of their full shades, as well as in their tints. The other chemical ingredients incorporated in the pastes dispersions have been carefully tailored and will not affect the textile printing formulations.

MATAPEL UNITEX® pigments pastes can be simply stirred directly into the water-based systems or the textile binders, yielding a flocculation resistant, uniformly colored product. The quantity to be incorporated depends on the required depth of shade and the composition of the printing formulation and can vary from 0.1 % for a light color shade to 5 % for a full shade.

Although MATAPEL UNITEX® pigment pastes, to some extent, are supplied in a non-settling and non drying form and have relatively high degree of storage stability, it is strongly recommended to close the container well after use.

Most of the current standard color range of MATAPEL UNITEX® is also available in very highly concentrated form.

MATAPEL UNITEX® water based nature specifically answers the current world needs of no organic volatile compound colorants for textile printing systems.
