Texanyl is a well flowing aqueous pigment paste that is finely dispersed in water. All Texanyl are compatible with each other and they can be stirred directly into a water-based system.
The hydrophilic, highly concentrated, finely dispersed, readily pourable
pigment pastes contain nonionic and/or anionic wetting and dispersing agent.
These pigment preparations are binder free, manufactured without using nonyl
Texanyl is mainly used for water-based textile printing, such as printing on cotton, rayon, polyester, and fabrics. The fine particles of Texanyl make it easy to print without clogging the screen with printing paste. The recommended dosage is less than 10% (by weight). Since dosage level influences the properties, a final trial must be made to determine the optimal dosage in the particular paint.
