Additives Promoter – Cobalt N/O/E is an additive to promote adhesion of the film to the substrate. It usually has an affinity for the substrate and the applied coating and form a permanent and strong bonding. Without the adhesion promoter, the properties of the applied coating may not be sufficient to meet the final performance requirements.
